We work with hospitals, diagnostic centers, physician groups, and healthcare facilities to streamline financial operations, ensure compliance, and maximize efficiency.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our Finance & RCM team. The role involves managing client accounts, following up on outstanding claims, resolving payment discrepancies, and ensuring timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow.
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) process for U.S. healthcare clients.
Follow up on unpaid claims via calls, emails, and portal work.
Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits), ERAs, and denials to resolve outstanding balances.
Identify, research, and resolve payment discrepancies and claim rejections.
Ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments in the billing system.
Collaborate with billing, coding, and denial management teams for claim resolution.
Generate and maintain AR reports, aging analysis, and collection status updates.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare AR (Medical Billing/RCM). [Can be adjusted if you want fresher JD]
Strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare terminologies, insurance payers, and AR cycle.
Hands-on experience with billing software and MS Excel.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and analytical skills.
Ability to work in night shifts (U.S. process).
Detail-oriented, target-driven, and able to work under deadlines.
