We collaborate with hospitals, diagnostic centers, physician offices, and healthcare facilities to streamline financial operations, maximize revenue, and ensure compliance.
We are seeking a Payment Posting Executive to accurately post and reconcile payments from insurance companies, patients, and other payers into the billing system. The role ensures timely and precise financial recording, which is critical for maintaining cash flow and reducing discrepancies.
Post insurance and patient payments (EOBs, ERAs, checks, EFTs) into the billing system.
Apply adjustments, write-offs, and refunds as per payer contracts and client guidelines.
Reconcile daily deposits with system entries to ensure accuracy.
Identify and escalate payment posting discrepancies or missing information.
Coordinate with AR, denial management, and charge posting teams to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records of payments, adjustments, and account balances.
Generate and review payment posting reports to validate completeness.
Meet productivity, accuracy, and turnaround time benchmarks.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and client-specific policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in U.S. healthcare payment posting / medical billing.
Strong knowledge of EOBs, ERAs, insurance remittance, and reconciliation.
Familiarity with medical billing software and MS Excel.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. process).
